Rachel works with adults and couples. She is committed to creating a counseling environment rooted in compassion and care. She enjoys a collaborative environment with her clients, working from a trauma-informed perspective and drawing from various counseling theories, including narrative, family systems, and CBT.
Rachel has a master’s degree in counseling from Bethel University. With a background in career coaching, she enjoys working with college students and adults in pursuing a future where they are grounded and able to thrive. She holds additional training in Perinatal & Postpartum Mood Disorders. As a mom herself, she is passionate about caring for women in seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. As a Christian, she also enjoys the opportunity to integrate faith in sessions for clients who are interested.
