Aleia is taking new clients.

About: Aleia works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families on their journeys through challenges and towards healing. She is compelled by the privilege of bearing witness to peoples’ pain and partnering with them as they engage in the important work of therapy. 

Aleia received her Master of Social Work degree from Baylor University with a clinical specialization and trauma-informed concentration. Prior to attending Baylor, she earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Bethel University with a Healthcare Endorsement. She has experience across multiple medical and outpatient settings and enjoys working with a wide variety of relational and behavioral concerns. 

In the therapy room, Aleia blends human connection with evidence-based treatments to provide holistic and impactful care, integrating Christian faith perspectives and resources when requested or desired by clients. She approaches the therapeutic process using cognitive-behavioral, systemic, narrative, and solution-focused lenses, with play therapy interventions integrated for young children. Her practice is based on a commitment to honoring the dignity and worth of each individual, and she strives to create an environment where clients feel seen, safe, and empowered to create change in their own lives.

Types of Therapy: Aleia works with children ages 6+, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She offers both in-person sessions in Roseville and telehealth therapy to all of Minnesota.

Insurances Accepted: Under supervision, Aleia accepts Aetna, Blue Plus, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, HealthPartners, Medicaid, MinnesotaCare, UCare and Out of Pocket payments.
