About: Adelyn is a master’s level intern completing her training from Bethel University and focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relational challenges and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach draws from person-centered principles, creating a collaborative and compassionate space for clients that prioritizes their unique needs and goals.     

Adelyn is passionate about helping people find healing and hope in the context of an authentic and empathetic therapeutic relationship. She is trained in mental health counseling, with a background in working professionally with college students and leading grief support groups. Adelyn considers it an honor to walk alongside people in some of the hardest moments of life, to hear their stories, and to help them find healing in their journey. As a Christian, Adelyn is happy to integrate faith into counseling as led by the client. In her free time, Adelyn loves spending time in nature, singing for worship, and traveling with her husband.

Types of Therapy: Individual counseling with adults and teens.

Insurances Accepted: Under supervision, Adelyn accepts Aetna, Blue Plus, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, HealthPartners, Medicaid, MinnesotaCare, Out of Pocket, PreferredOne, and UCare.
