Mary Droullard, MA, LP, LMFT
Mary comes alongside individuals who may be bothered by anxiety or weighed down by depression.  She works with them to identify systemic factors that contribute to distress and helps with cognitive and behavioral techniques to bring relief.  She assists couples in deepening their emotional connection and improving their communication.  She offers help to families in confusion and conflict with problems such as parenting, infidelity, separation or chronic illness, and has also worked with those who have suffered abuse.  She provides debriefing - the opportunity for individuals and groups to reflect on their experiences and to attend to the matters of the heart.  She facilitates groups: psychoeducational classes (“Boundaries”) and support groups (for women who have been betrayed by their spouse’s infidelity or pornography use). She also specializes in psychological assessment.

Mary brings a wealth of life experience to her counseling and assessment, including a background in nursing and many years of cross-cultural work in northern Pakistan.
